Job Summary

Were looking for a Product & Technology Associate who combines strong technical skills with a user-experience mindset. Youll work closely with engineering and product teams to build features that are not only functional but intuitive and enjoyable for users.

Tasks

Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve platform features

Translate user needs into technical and product requirements

Analyze user flows and suggest improvements to enhance usability

Nice-to-have: contribute to UI layouts and visual consistency

Requirements

24 years experience in tech/product roles (web/app platforms preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding
Passion for creating great user experiences
Familiarity with UX/UI tools (Figma Notion Jira) is a plus
Proactive detail-oriented and collaborative
