Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP FICO implementations rollouts and support projects.

Gather business requirements perform detailed analysis and provide functional solutions.

Configure SAP FI (GL AP AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting etc.) and CO (Cost Centers Profit Centers Internal Orders Product Costing COPA).

Work closely with business users and technical teams to develop and test new functionalities.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices in financial processes.

Write functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows) objects.

Perform Unit Testing Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Coordinate with ABAP and other module consultants (MM SD PP) for cross-functional requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies SOX controls and audit requirements.

Provide end-user training and support documentation.

6 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.

Expertise in core FICO modules: GL AP AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting.

Strong experience in CO: Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Profit Center Accounting Product Costing and COPA.

Knowledge of integration with MM SD PP and other SAP modules.

Familiarity with S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

Good knowledge of RICEFW developments.

Experience with FSCM Consolidation and Treasury (nice to have).

Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead workshops conduct user training and interact with senior stakeholders
