Job Summary

MARS Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic Member Services Representative (CSR or Call Center Associate) (Hybrid role in Milwaukee WI and Arden Hills MN) to join our Clients team. Our client a leading financial services firm provides an array of financial solutions spanning wealth management asset management investment banking and private equity.

Location: Onsite 4 days a week in Milwaukee Office Fridays are remote

The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service to members by handling inquiries processing requests and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

WHAT YOULL DO:

As a Member Services Representative you will:

Respond to member inquiries via phone email and mail in a professional and timely manner.
Process policy changes payments and other service requests accurately.
Provide information on products services and benefits to members.
Assist with resolving member concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3 years of experience in a call center CSR role
Preferred if candidates have 4 years of insurance operations experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
Bilingual/Spanish communication skills a plus.
