Salesforce Technical Architect local to location -CA
Location: Woodland Hills CA - 5 days a week onsite
Role Summary
Lead the architectural vision and end-to-end solutioning for a modern AI-enabled enterprise contact center. This role drives scalable secure and intelligent customer engagement platforms by leveraging Salesforce real-time integrations and advanced data and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Architect and govern the contact center ecosystem across Salesforce CRM SFMC Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud and third-party integrations.
Define and maintain reference architectures design patterns and technology standards to support scalability performance and security.
Map data flows across platforms to enable personalized insight-driven agent experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with product managers developers and security teams to align technical design with business goals and compliance requirements.
Serve as a technical advisor and SME on architecture best practices for high-volume real-time engagement platforms.
Conduct architecture workshops and mentor junior architects.
Innovation & Optimization
Evaluate emerging technologies (AI ML LLMs agentic architectures) to enhance service quality agent efficiency and data intelligence.
Monitor and optimize contact center systems for instrumentation analytics scalability and reliability.
Identify and address architectural risks technical debt and modernization opportunities.
Governance & Documentation
Guide implementation teams with architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Develop technology roadmaps addressing buy-vs-build decisions and risk mitigation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture processes standards and solution blueprints.
Qualifications
8 years in IT architecture with deep experience in contact center platforms and enterprise integrations.
5 years hands-on with Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Financial Services Cloud Data Cloud.
Proven experience designing integrated contact center solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and AI platforms (e.g. Google Cloud AI suite).
Strong grasp of EA frameworks data orchestration master data management and AI-driven personalization.
Expertise in cloud security hybrid architectures and DevOps practices (CI/CD GitHub Actions Terraform).
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein and agentic AI models is a major plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical negotiations drive stakeholder alignment and deliver scalable solutions.
