Job Description

Must have experience in C# SSRS and Blazor

Application Development & System Integration

• Develop and maintain custom applications using C# Blazor and DevExpress to extend ERP functionality.
• Create and document RESTful APIs for system integration and automation.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries procedures and reports for efficient data access.
• Develop automation frameworks (e.g. MS Power Automate) to streamline operations

Technology-Driven Business Enablement

• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify pain points and opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive data-driven tools and applications.
• Advocate for technology adoption to enhance decision-making efficiency and operational visibility.
• Work with developers and designers to conceptualize and build new software solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Define and document software requirements objectives deliverables and specifications.
• Assist in scoping scheduling and implementing software development projects.

User Experience & Continuous Improvement

• Design clean modern and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to introduce innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical

• Proficiency in C# .NET and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly).
• Advanced SQL development skills including performance tuning and data modeling.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with DevExpress components and UI frameworks.
• Proven experience in Epicor ERP administration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g. Azure AI OpenAI APIs) to enhance application functionality user experience or operational efficiency
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and AI-assisted development environments.
