Job Purpose: The Solution Architect will serve as the central owner of overarching solution architecture decisions ensuring technology implementations are cohesive scalable and firmly aligned with the organizations strategic roadmap. The role requires balancing enterprise standards with business needs to drive successful digital transformation initiatives and meet key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Standards and Guardrails: Establish and maintain solution design and integration standards ensuring alignment with architectural principles and overarching technical frameworks.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: Lead solution design across domains such as invoice automation ERP workflows and Palantir Foundry deployments. Ensure proper use of technology across teams proactively identifying misalignments or inefficiencies. Support deployment and scaling of enterprise systems including ERP PLM and data visualization tools.
Architectural Leadership: Define architectural standards and integration guardrails for systems including SAP S/4HANA AWS and enterprise data platforms.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business units to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using tools like Python BI platforms and RESTful APIs.
Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Assess and mitigate security compliance and governance risks during architecture planning design and implementation processes.

Desired Profile:

Strong Background in Solution and Systems Architecture: Demonstrated experience in designing scalable enterprise-grade architectures across cloud AI or digital transformation projects.
Technical Expertise : Proven experience in solution architecture within high-tech or regulated industries. Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Palantir Foundry AWS CI/CD and scripting languages (Python MATLAB). Strong understanding of data architecture including SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB) and Terraform.
Strategic and Tactical Balance: Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Skill in roadmapping technology strategies that align with organizational goals. Expertise in risk assessment compliance and governance
Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with success in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.
Technology Fluency: Working understanding of current technologies including cloud architecture data integration and emerging trends like AI and machine learning tools.
