HomPro is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services at client homes and properties ensuring cleanliness sanitation and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces.Clean bathrooms kitchens living spaces and bedrooms to client specifications.Use approved cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.Report any damages maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisors.Follow company policies and health & safety guidelines at all times.Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.Ensure timely completion of assigned cleaning jobs.Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites (if applicable).Requirements:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (1 year preferred).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physically fit and able to lift/move cleaning equipment.Reliable punctual and trustworthy.Valid drivers license (if travel is required between job sites).Benefits (if applicable):

Required Skills:
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in cleaning janitorial or related roles is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques tools and materials. Familiarity with safety protocols and practices related to cleaning and maintenance. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
