At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) we believe passion and potential matter just as much as experience. Join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) and receive paid training to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification no prior ABA experience required.
While you train youll help children with autism develop communication social and life skills in a supportive clinic-based environment where every day makes a difference.

What Youll Do
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans with consistency and care.
- Record and track client progress accurately using digital tools.
- Collaborate with your teammates and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
- Help children achieve meaningful milestones and build lifelong skills.
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- College coursework in psychology education or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with children (babysitting tutoring coaching camp counseling etc.).
- Compassion patience and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Dependable motivated and eager to learn ABA therapy.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00$21.00 per hour based on experience and education.
