About the Role
Were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Cosmetics Sales Team.
This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people managing customer relationships and driving sales growth. Youll work from an untapped lead list identify new opportunities and contribute to expanding our customer base in the U.S. market.
As a key member of the sales team youll manage existing accounts build strong client relationships and help shape the companys sales strategy alongside the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage track and follow up on leads using a CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales and upsell products within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to grow the business.
- Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports notes and activity logs within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales inside sales or customer service roles (Cosmetics or retail industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with a CRM platform (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite during scheduled hours.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required Visa sponsorship is not available.
