Opportunity Overview: We are hiring a Sr. Data Analytics Engineer to work on advanced-level analytics projects for a multi-billion-dollar NYSE-listed health-tech company. Key Responsibilities: Design develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Databricks for large-scale datasets. Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Optimize data models pipelines and queries for performance accuracy and efficiency. Ensure data governance security and compliance standards are strictly followed. Provide thought leadership in analytics best practices and drive innovation in data engineering solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 7 years in data engineering analytics or BI roles with hands-on experience. Advanced expertise in Databricks including Spark Delta Lake Python and SQL. Strong proficiency in Power BI including advanced DAX data modeling and visualization techniques. Experience with ETL data warehousing and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred). Demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets and deliver high-quality insights. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale healthcare or enterprise datasets. Knowledge of data governance HIPAA and compliance standards.
