Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Clean and remove sludge scale chemicals or other residues from storage tanks vessels and process containers.
Use high-pressure water jetting chemical cleaning or manual cleaning methods as required.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety procedures PTW (Permit-to-Work) and confined space entry regulations.
Inspect tanks and report any corrosion leaks or structural damage to the supervisor.
Maintain proper handling storage and disposal of cleaning chemicals and residues in line with environmental regulations.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment.
Monitor air quality ventilation and gas levels in confined spaces before and during cleaning operations.
