Job Summary
This is a remote position.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Workday Benefits Certified Consultant to support the implementation and administration of U.S. benefits programs in Workday. This position requires strong functional expertise with the Workday Benefits module especially around open enrollment eligibility rules EDI integrations and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage the Workday Benefits module for medical dental vision life insurance FSA/HSA 401(k) COBRA and wellness plans.
Ensure compliance with U.S. benefits regulations (ACA HIPAA ERISA).
Design and maintain eligibility rules event types and enrollment flows in Workday.
Manage integrations with benefit carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs).
Support open enrollment audits testing and system updates.
Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT stakeholders on end-to-end benefits administration.
Requirements
Certification: Workday Benefits Certification.
Minimum 35 years of experience with Workday Benefits configuration and support.
Deep understanding of U.S. employee benefits policies and compliance requirements.
Experience with EDI file setup and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Workday Reporting tools and security setup is a plus.
