- Commissioning high-spec lighting rigs and delivering them to an exceptional standard.
- Installing and configuring AV networks (audio video and control systems).
- Reading and interpreting schematics to bring technical designs to life.
- Using tools and your hands-on expertise to install maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
- Training clients and end-users at handover to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborating with venues performers and engineers to create seamless technical experiences.
Requirements

- Proven experience in production lighting or related AV engineering.
- Strong knowledge of DMX ArtNet sACN and modern lighting control systems.
- Confident with Unistrut rigging wall/mount fixings and safe installation techniques.
- Comfortable with AV networking standards and troubleshooting.
- Able to interpret technical schematics and drawings with ease.
- A safe pair of hands with hand tools and power tools.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Good communicator with a can-do attitude and team spirit.
