Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

Designing and installing bespoke AV and production lighting systems.
Commissioning high-spec lighting rigs and delivering them to an exceptional standard.
Installing and configuring AV networks (audio video and control systems).
Reading and interpreting schematics to bring technical designs to life.
Using tools and your hands-on expertise to install maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
Training clients and end-users at handover to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborating with venues performers and engineers to create seamless technical experiences.

Requirements

What Youll Need

Proven experience in production lighting or related AV engineering.
Strong knowledge of DMX ArtNet sACN and modern lighting control systems.
Confident with Unistrut rigging wall/mount fixings and safe installation techniques.
Comfortable with AV networking standards and troubleshooting.
Able to interpret technical schematics and drawings with ease.
A safe pair of hands with hand tools and power tools.
Sharp problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
Good communicator with a can-do attitude and team spirit.
