Job Summary:

The Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre ConvenientCare clinic provides patients with an alternative to the Emergency Department when prompt intervention is needed to treat worsening illness or exacerbation of a chronic condition.

Job Duties:

$10000 recruitment incentive
Attractive schedule:14 rotating shifts/month no overnight shifts and no mandated additional shifts
Shifts: 12 hour (M-F) & 10 hour (S-S)
Work autonomously with onsite physician support and limited administrative burden
Support staff: Physicians Advanced Practice Providers RNs (available all hours of operation) Phlebomoy Radiology Techs
Specialized Equipment: Telemedicine carts negative pressure rooms continuous vital sign monitoring
Diagnostics: X-Ray Ultrasound CT MRI
Hospital Admissions: If necessary patients can be directly admitted to the hospital from this hospital-based clinic
Services: Diagnostics including laboratory and imaging studies (onsite) as well as various treatments
