Job Summary

We are seekinga Policy Executive/Strategic Plannerto join our team. You will play a key part in ATGs technical support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) specializing in cybersecurity support validation support IT and cyber policy writing and program implementation support. Our team will provide direct support cybersecurity policy A&A artifactsvalidationand security posture reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Support writing and documenting of high-level policies or strategies for Cybersecurity (CS) as guided by the Government; which included but not limited to technical documentation such as user manuals reports documentation presentations proposals outlines and summaries and provide weekly updates regarding assigned projects and tasks including percentage of completion concerns/issues.

• Provide consultation guidance and portfolio management for systems and software in compliance with Navy DoD and federal requirements and policies.

• Provide configuration management and software reengineering consultation to the Division tofacilitateapplication consolidation migration and retirement.

• Provide support for CS program activities including development and maintenance of POA&Ms; tracking status; provide scheduling for CS program reviews;maintainCS web site content management; document milestones and issues; document scanning;submittingmetrics; and preparing presentations and final deliverable reports asrequired.

• Track and respond to the CS data calls per Government guidance. The data call support shall includeassistancewith word processing spreadsheets creation or compiling copy and filing documents creating reports memos and other similar types of Microsoft Office documents. Othertaskingmay include supporting the facilitation of media destruction; and coordination/planning for meetings and CS audits.

Qualifications

Required:

• Secret Clearance Level

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology communications systems management or equivalent STEM degree from an accredited college/university
• Eight (8)years experiencewith writing policies technical documents strategic plans designs cybersecurityoperationsand procedures as well as presenting and explaining those products to executives
