The Enrollment Services Representative is responsible for helping prospective students through the admissions process while ensuring all college policies and regulations are followed. This role requires strong communication organization and customer service skills.
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00
Learn and share accurate information about all campus programs.
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective students.
Conduct interviews to discuss programs services costs and admission requirements.
Stay in contact with potential and enrolled students to guide them through the process.
Work closely with the Student Finance team to ensure students understand financial options.
Keep detailed notes and records in the Student Information System after each interaction.
Assist students with completing applications and submitting required documents.
Participate in New Student Review meetings.
Build professional relationships and seek referrals.
Provide timely and accurate enrollment forecasts.
Be open to feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Manage time effectively and meet enrollment goals.
Collaborate with other departments and support campus-wide goals.
Attend meetings events and other college activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a fast-paced environment.
Experience in admissions or sales is a plus.
Strong communication organization and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
