Job Summary
Riverhead Automall is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our team as an Automotive AP/AR and Bookkeeping professional.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Reconcile financial statements and oversee general ledger activity
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive accounting preferred
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
