Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital founded in 1965 formerly known as Botsford Hospital is a 330-bedteaching hospitalwith level IItrauma 2014 Beaumont Farmington Hills hospital announced a $160 million expansion project which included an expansion of the hospitals Emergency and Trauma Center construction of a new critical care unit and creation of a dedicated observation addition the plan called for expanding and modernizing surgical services with nine new operating rooms. The expansion included a five-story 80-bed tower.
Scope of Work
Provides technical assistance in the documentation and clarification of medication history lists under the direction of the pharmacist. Processes enters and interprets physician/nurse medication histories under the direction of the pharmacist and completes full history documentation in computerized system. Clarifies information through communication with providers patients and pharmacies. Performs special projects for the department. Works with multiple medication automation systems.
