Role Title:Income Officer
Hours:35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary:30910 to 38638 per annum plus 2329 car allowance (salary offered dependent on experience)
Location:Dartford Kent (agile working offering flexibility between office and home)
Contract:Permanent
Were looking for an experienced Income Officer to join our Income and Advice Services Team in Dartford on a permanent basis! You will split your time between working from our office in Dartford being out and about on your patch as well as having the opportunity to work from home.
In this role you will effectively manage rent service charge and debt collection for a mixed tenure patch including rented homes homeowners and garages empowering our customers to sustain their tenancies.
