The Opportunity

As a Yards Person you are one of the most important parts of our service experience having an eye for detail and a drive for perfection in your work. You are responsible for fleet refuelling and maintaining a high level of cleanlinessof our fleet.

• Daily refuelling and recharging in accordance with schedule
• Preparing our fleet for service in cleanliness equipment (i.e. safety triangles sharps containers fire extinguisher etc.).
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness around the wash bay as well as ensuring housekeeping in other areas within the Depot are maintained to a high standard (e.g. offices yard and drivers rooms).
• Pitching in where needed to support the team and make sure our operations run seamlessly.
• Location: High Wycombe
• Rotating roster 4 days on / 4 days off 10:30am - 6:30pm across Monday - Sunday
• Training:You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work.

This role will be responsible for ensuring high quality and excellence in bus presentation along with general duties of a detailer.

• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum of an MR License
• Produce quality work output and have a demonstrated sense of pride in your duties
• Demonstrated time management skills and well organised
• Excellent communication skills and able to stick to a schedule
• Be able to pass a preemployment physical examination and medical history check
