Job Summary

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Co-Op

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Students working towards Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering only. A strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently yet interact closely with maintenance technicians production crew and vendors. Carlton forge works is seeking a candidate with strong cross functional team skills. Excellent verbal written and computer skills required as well as mathematical analytical problem solving and organizations skills. Must be able to read prints and schematic drawing and have a working proficiency with SolidWorks.

This position requires 20 hours per week minimum. Hours may be slightly modified to accommodate for school schedule. Intern position will be flexible to work around breaks weekly school schedule etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Intern position will be tasked with various short/long term projects to improve maintenance reliable programs. Intern will gain experience in equipment design root cause analysis trend analysis and process improvement activities within industrial setting.
