As a valued colleague on our team you will provide expert advice on and guide team members in managing the administration strategic planning and operations of an assigned this role you will monitor the end-to-end execution of business processes using enterprise systems as well as provide continuous feedback for effective tracking and reporting.

The Multifamily Structured Transactions Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
The Lead Associate will support the Structured Asset Management team in managing a portfolio of Credit Facility and Bulk Delivery loans. This includes performing activities associated with Loan Rating Maturing Loans and Watchlist loans. The Lead Associate will also review and resolve Borrower Requests that are submitted by our Lender Partners. They will review standard Fannie Mae loan documents and will utilize the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide as a tool for analysis to make recommendations or conclusions. The Lead Associate will interact with internal and external stakeholders to gather research and provide information.
The Lead Associate will manage a portfolio of loans and requests including:
They will also use the many systems where the loan data is maintained (MMBD MSFMS DUS360) the platforms for Borrower Requests (MAMP) and Acquisitions (DUS Gateway) and Fannie Mae MBS Securities (DUS Disclose) as well as the Delegation of Authority matrix that governs our procedures.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
