Short Description
- The Security Engineer works closely with business and IT to determine business process and productivity needs and develop the necessary technology strategy to support the business goals.
- The Security Engineer will protect and support technical needs requirements and the state of the networks infrastructure design integration and operations.
- Work with technical management to optimize networks that effectively reflect business needs service-level and availability requirements and other technology parameters.
Experience Required
01 year experience required.
24 years experience preferred.
Education Requirements
- High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work Experience required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
- NIST SIEM HIPPA Security Firewall experience desired.
- CCVP CCIE CCNP professional certs desired.
- CCNA desired.
Special Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure Security Firewalls VPNs Operations Administration and Network Engineering desired.
- Strong analytical technical and troubleshooting skills desired.
- Customer focus and positive can-do approach is critical required.
- Must have good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
