Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Manager Enterprise Fraud Reporting & Analytics supporting business reporting and analytical needs for Enterprise Fraud Operations.

  • Design and develop dashboards self-service tools reports data models and scalable ad-hoc reporting.
  • Drive business analytics delivering business intelligence and dashboard solutions with working knowledge of querying mining visualizing and presenting data.
  • Innovate KPIs metrics and tracking methodologies for measuring performance with the ability to communicate data insights and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business challenges that will benefit from analytics support.
  • Proactively analyze data through self-initiated curiosity with an eye for operational improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of data visualization software and reporting best practices.
  • Demonstrates aptitude in Dataiku or equivalent system.
  • Knowledgeable of extract transform load (ETL) data management processes.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint & Access).
  • Demonstrates proficiency for problem solving analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage time and meet deadlines works under general supervision.
  • Demonstrates ability to work proactively & collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to partner with multiple lines of business to achieve common goal.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or Snowflake databases.
  • Ability to build data models incorporating multiple datasets.
  • Experience presenting data insights to key stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts.

Requirements

MINIMUM:

Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Data Science or equivalent field of study.

OR

2 years data analytics experience.

2 years report development experience using data visualization software.

PREFERRED:

Post-Graduate work in statistical analysis or equivalent.

Compensation Range:

$57760.00 - $124170.00
