Learn more about us: Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the QA efforts of the VSK QA teams ensuring effective planning execution and delivery of testing activities.
- Develop maintain and enhance comprehensive test suites for all bots and portals.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes ensuring thorough validation of features functionality and system stability.
- Collaborate with Product Delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely releases.
- Identify analyze and report defects working closely with development teams to drive resolution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design build and continuously improve automation frameworks for scalability maintainability and efficiency.
- Implement and execute functional regression integration and end-to-end automated test suites.
- Drive mobile automation initiatives using Appium (when required) and ensure seamless integration with existing frameworks.
- Refactor and optimize existing automation scripts to improve reliability and execution speed.
- Partner with development DevOps and product teams to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing to maintain a consistent user experience.
- Analyze test outcomes generate detailed reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous quality improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging testing trends tools and best practices and advocate their adoption where beneficial.
Qualifications:
- 56 years of professional experience in software testing with at least 2 years of proven experience leading QA teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in automation testing using Selenium or Playwright with Java.
- Deep knowledge of Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Experience with Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Java and strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience working with test automation frameworks such as TestNG JUnit or Cucumber.
- Practical experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins Git or Azure DevOps.
- Skilled in API testing using REST Assured Postman or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of database validation using SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in troubleshooting automation issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack Sauce Labs) is a plus.
- Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
