What is iGEM
iGEM is the worlds largest synthetic biology competition bringing together students from diverse fields such as biology engineering and computer science to create solutions for real-world challenges. As part of the team youll contribute to one or more of the following tasks:

Project design and development
Wet and dry lab work
Human practices communication and outreach
Fundraising
Design and media

Who can join
We welcome students from across all disciplines including but not limited to:

Biology Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
Engineering and Computer Science
Physics Chemistry and Mathematics
Design Business and Social Sciences

What are we looking for

Enthusiasm creativity and commitment
Willingness to work in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment
