Finance Director Nyon Manufacturing Site

The Finance Director at the Nyon Site is a crucial member of both the Nyon Plant Leadership Team and the QSC Finance Team. This role is responsible for providing financial leadership and ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the Nyon plant.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide financial leadership to the Nyon plant including strategic analysis budgeting forecasting cost accounting and compliance.

• Deliver the plants financial objectives including cost savings goals working capital improvement and return on investment.

• Ensure the integrity of financial statements and drive financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with all functions in the manufacturing site to challenge and improve costs.

• Lead the preparation of annual product cost standards plant area budgets capital expenses and inventory forecasts for the annual plan exercises. Provide quarterly Latest Estimate updates.

• Conduct monthly results reviews with Plant and GMS Global Leadership.

• Report manufacturing variances on a monthly basis provide root cause analysis and propose recommendations for improvements.

• Prepare Actual vs Target COGS reconciliation propose and review productivity initiatives and evaluate risks and opportunities.

• Lead the monthly closing process in compliance with the Haleon Accounting Manual. Implement robust Haleon Financial Control Manual processes at the site.

• Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to support the sites strategy capital investment choices sourcing make vs buy and rent vs lease decisions.

• Ensure compliance with all GMP standards.

• Utilize GMP knowledge and experience to meet the requirements set by Swissmedic European Union agencies and other regulatory bodies ensuring that products meet all cGMP requirements.

• Support the definition and delivery of the Site Long Term strategy.

• Drive the companys objectives by achieving Net Savings at the site.

• Play a key role in continuous improvement by defining the Loss Matrix and managing Visual Performance.

This role is integral to the financial health and strategic direction of the Nyon plant ensuring that financial goals are met and compliance standards are upheld.
