firm based in Gatley. The firm is seeking a Qualified Conveyancer to join its
busy property department.
About the Role:
This is an office-based position. Full-time hours are preferred although
part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling leasehold and new build transactions with minimalsupervision
- Liaising with clients estate agents and other solicitors
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with regulatory andfirm standards
- Qualified Conveyancer (CLC Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Demonstrable experience in leasehold and new build conveyancing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care
