How youll contribute
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques labeling and delivering samples for testing and maintaining equipment and medical supplies. This role also supports blood drive coordination including donor interviewing and screening. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills sound judgment and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

- High School Diploma or equivalent with Formal Phlebotomy training
- An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy Preferred
- Formal Phlebotomy training Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Point of Care Analyst to be obtained after hire
- Lab Assistant state licensure obtained within 6 months of hire
