- Work directly with customers to explain and promote our programs
- Learn and apply sales systems tonality and persuasion techniques
- Participate in one-on-one and group training sessions
- Meet and exceed weekly performance goals
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Represent AGI and our partners with enthusiasm and integrity
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
