Senior Process Associate Customer Service "Agent 2A"

Job Description:

The Sales Agent is a dynamic and customer-focused professional responsible for driving revenue growth through efficient order processing and proactive client engagement. This role involves expertly handling basic billing and delivery inquiries from our B2B customers ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. Leveraging strong sales acumen the Sales Agent will apply effective negotiation skills and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling contributing directly to the expansion of our business relationships and overall sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Respond to fundamental inquiries regarding billing and delivery from business clients.

• Actively engage in sales discussions to promote products and services.

• Utilize negotiation skills to finalize sales agreements.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience relating to the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferably within a B2B environment.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and close sales.

• Strong aptitude for identifying and executing upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering positive client interactions.

• Proficiency in managing customer inquiries and processing sales-related transactions.
