Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector.
We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment process flow transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

As a Project Manager for Ref&Pet Pipeline and Industrial segment you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project across all dimensions: customer relations scheduling procurement construction quality risk management financial performance and commercial negotiations.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring alignment with scope timeline budget and quality standards;
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering planning procurement construction quality finance ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all project activities;
- Customer Interface: Act as point of contact for the Customer managing relationships and resolving operational issues efficiently;
- Change Management: Identify and execute project variations and change orders negotiating directly with Customer leadership to maximize value;
- Financial Performance: Own project financials driving strong outcomes across cost margin and cash flow. Lead forecasting budgeting and financial reporting activities;
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
- Show proficiency in global PM standards to prove expertise in project management principles and processes.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian.
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
