Kongusto is at the forefront of artificial intelligence and were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Data Entry Specialist at our TEC zone 4 office. This is an entry-level position with no previous experience required. Your primary role will be to translate complex human-written documents into concise structured summaries that our AI systems can understand and learn from. You will act as a crucial bridge between raw information and cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze large documents training material articles and research papers presented in formats like Microsoft Word and PDF.
• Utilize generative AI tools primarily ChatGPT to distill key information and generate clear accurate summaries.
• Edit and refine AI-generated summaries to ensure they meet our quality standards for clarity accuracy and completeness.
• Format the final summarized text into structured documents optimized for our AI models to process.
• Categorize tag and input the prepared data into our internal databases and systems.
• Convert documents between formats (e.g. PDF to Word) as needed to facilitate the summarization process.
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency across all processed data.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all materials handled.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No professional experience is necessary.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word including formatting and editing and the ability to navigate and extract text from PDF documents.
• Comfortable and proficient using generative AI like ChatGPT. You should understand how to write effective prompts to get desired results (e.g. Summarize this text into three key bullet points).
• Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to understand complex information.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written English skills.
• Ability to work independently follow instructions precisely and manage your time effectively.
• A strong sense of curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about technology and AI.
