Nurse (R.N. / L.P.N.) Were currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver person-centered care and enhance the quality of life for our residents. What Youll Do:Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document changes in residents health conditions Communicate with residents families and healthcare providers as needed Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff Ensure proper infection control and hygiene standards are met Participate in care planning assessments and team meetings
Qualifications:Current RN or LPN license in NC CPR/BLS certification required Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication teamwork and time management abilities A genuine passion for elderly care and resident well-being
