The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Market Intelligence the Market and Customer Insights Lead is responsible for deriving actionable insights through market and competitive analysis to inform strategic and tactical business decisions. This role helps Hach expand and defend market share by building a proprietary understanding of market trends customer needs and competitor dynamics.
This position can be remote (North America) with a strong preference for candidates near Loveland CO.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Designing and implementing comprehensive market and customer analysis frameworks.
Partnering with Product Management to scope and evaluate new product opportunities quantifying value creation and customer willingness-to-pay.
Conducting primary and secondary market research including advanced surveys (Conjoint MaxDiff Discrete Choice).
Translating complex findings into compelling business insights and strategic recommendations.
Building and managing competitive intelligence systems and market databases.
Leading the creation of market research storylines for strategic planning.
Coaching peers to strengthen market intelligence capabilities across Hach and Veralto.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5 years of progressive experience in Market Research Market Intelligence Strategy or Business Analytics.
Hands-on expertise with survey design data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Proven ability to advanced research methodologies (Conjoint MaxDiff TURF A/B testing Discrete Choice).
Demonstrated experience translating data into actionable business insights.
Strong communication and storytelling skillsable to influence cross-functional partners globally.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115000.00 - $135000.00 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
