Griswold Home Care for Howard County Maryland is looking to hire a capable and flexible part-time experienced Caregiver to provide personal care companionship and homemaking to older adults in the Frederick County area. Immediate Opening in Myersville (Frederick County):

Couples Care Position:

• Pay Rate: $23 per hour
• Initial Schedule: 40 hours per week for the first 2 weeks
• Ongoing Schedule: 20 hours per week 6 days a week
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
• Overtime opportunities available as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• ADLs (Toileting Bathing Grooming etc.)
• Light housekeeping
• Preparing meals
• Grocery shopping
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Dementia care

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• CPR Certification
• 2 years of caregiving experience required
• CNA or home care experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely without assistance
• Reliable transportation that is not shared with anyone w/a Valid Drivers license
• Must have valid car insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within Frederick County
• Must pass criminal background check
