Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic and results-driven team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing directly to company growth. As a key member of our business development team you will help expand Elevare Brandings client base and strengthen our presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify research and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads through outreach networking and industry engagement.

  • Present Elevare Brandings services with a clear understanding of client needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to tailor proposals and presentations.

  • Participate in client meetings calls and follow-ups to drive deal progression.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads contacts and interactions within CRM tools.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and performance goals.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in business development sales or client relations (preferably in a creative or consulting environment).

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
