Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support our growing Marketing Project Management team in supporting the growth of the Owala brand. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing initiatives across creative production digital and go-to-market functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced multi-brand environment. You will work closely with project managers designers production staff and brand stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed on time and to standard.

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

Manage day-to-day task assignments timelines and updates in ClickUp.
Route creative briefs feedback and approvals between marketing design and production teams.
Ensure all marketing assets are properly stored and linked in Air (digital asset management system).
Maintain project trackers calendars and reports to keep stakeholders aligned.

Cross-Functional Support

Assist in coordinating brand launches campaigns and promotions across multiple functions.
Track deliverables for production (print digital packaging and content) to ensure deadlines are met.
Help prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Support the implementation and development of new PM tools templates and process improvements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in project coordination preferably within marketing creative or CPG industries.
Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp preferred; Asana Jira or Monday acceptable).
Experience with digital asset management tools (Air or similar).
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn project management methodologies.
