Position Overview:
Telvista is seeking highly driven energetic and results-oriented B2B Sales Call Center Agents to join our dynamic sales team! In this role youll connect with business owners across the country helping them secure facility appliances and heavy-duty machinery insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism enthusiasm and confidence.
- Prospect qualify and close new business accounts for insurance and equipment coverage.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business clients through cold calling follow-ups and relationship management.
- Effectively communicate product features pricing and value propositions to decision-makers.
- Manage and track all leads opportunities and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies that maximize revenue and client retention.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and overcome objections.
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience while driving measurable business results.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience (Call Center or Inside Sales preferred).
- Proven success working with commission-based sales structures and meeting aggressive targets.
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
- High-energy motivated and competitive mindset with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Availability to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift including occasional weekends as needed.
