Opportunity

The Streaming Experience Associate supports the team in driving total sales and meeting audience goals for across all streaming applications. This role will support the team through CMS maintenance for the streaming service builds of content graphics and copy. The Streaming Experience Associate will focus on supporting the build of multiple streaming exclusive and FAST channels utilizing QVC HSN and QVCHSN original content.

As QVC Groups newest business unit vCommerce Ventures is designed to accelerate our innovation in livestream commerce and establish our leadership in this space while also supporting the continued expansion of QVCs and HSNs linear video commerce (vCommerce) experiences to new audiences. vCommerce includes video-driven shopping across linear TV ecommerce sites digital streaming and social platforms.

vCommerce Ventures brings together livestream commerce teams and initiatives from across QVC and HSN into a separate global business unit with dedicated marketing business development content development and production programming planning and merchandising resources.

Your Impact

Create channel builds of current and emerging 24-hr streaming exclusive channels utilizing the mp4 system.
Monitor daily live broadcast changes to ensure the streaming channels reflect the live channel content.
Create channel builds of current and emerging 24-hr FAST channels utilizing Versio including uploading playlists segmenting shows and placing affiliate breaks.
Assist in other responsibilities as necessary such as monitoring Big Deal changes and generating emergency content.

What You Bring

2 years experience in Streaming Service or CMS experience
Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working in complex systems processes and information and work in a technical dynamic workplace.
Ability to learn brand specific reporting tools and systems
Passion for new technologies and evolving media landscape and enhancing workflows
