Job Summary
As a Night Porter you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests staff and the hotel at night. Youll be joining a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
As a Night Porter you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
- Youll ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times
- In the event of a fire evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Ground floor cleaning to a high standard
- 4-5 Shifts per week 11pm-7am
