Responsibilities:
- Expertly troubleshoot and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with precision and confidence.
- Educate customers on system performance and proactively recommend upgrades that improve comfort efficiency and indoor air quality.
- Promote and sell value-added services such as indoor air quality products duct cleaning Aeroseal maintenance plans and system replacements.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every callbuild trust exceed expectations and turn satisfied homeowners into lifelong customers.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive performance-driven culture.
- Stay sharp by embracing ongoing training new technologies and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Sales experience within residential HVAC or home services strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to educate influence and close with professionalism.
- Driven dependable and committed to delivering excellence in every customer interaction.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and always focused on safety and quality.
