Job Description:
Were looking for a motivated mission-driven Account Managerto join our team and support our U.S. Army customer base. This role is ideal for an Army veteranor someone with a strong understanding of military culture communication and procurement ideal candidate brings a positive attitude strong customer focus and a team-first mindset. Youll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Army accounts developing new opportunities and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Army accounts providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers end-users and contracting officers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business within the Army community.
- Prepare and deliver quotes proposals and product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations logistics marketing etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of activities opportunities and communications in CRM systems.
- Represent the companys values and mission when working with military and government customers.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Army Veteran or prior military experience strongly preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales account management or customer relations(inside or outside).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive professional and proactive attitude a true team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
