Job Summary

The Role

Be the hub of the office experience as a Receptionist at SEEK Malaysia! In this role youll ensure seamless experiences for employees guests and stakeholders by delivering excellent service as the first point of contact. Embedded in a vibrant fast-paced office youll manage daily administrative duties coordinate office operations and help strengthen our collaborative culture.

Your ability to execute with precision while fostering excellent working relationships will contribute directly to business goals and team 612 months success means ensuring smooth office operations embodying professionalism in interactions and consistently exceeding expectations in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and employees professionally and confidently
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Manage meeting rooms and office space effectively
  • Handle basic administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain robust professional relationships across a diverse team
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
