You will be part of the Demand Planning and GrabGifts team reporting directly to the Senior Manager. The team works with team members across Grab Commercial Support teams- Sales Marketing and Finance. Together the team deliver regional strategic execution to bring improvement across Grabs B2B ecosystem.
Get to Know the Role
- We are looking for someone to lead our B2B expansion through two critical projects.
- You will play an important part in shaping growth driving execution and ensuring long-term success of Grabs B2B projects across the region.
- You will report to Senior Manager GFB Demand Planning and GrabGifts and be based in Petaling Jaya working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will lead the China Client project
- Develop the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy to launch and scale Grab for Business to the Chinese clients.
- Cultivate a network of strategic partners channel resellers and important industry players to accelerate growth and market reach.
- You will secure High-Value Strategic Partnerships
- Identify pursue negotiate and secure large-scale strategic partnerships that create Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and align with our long-term vision.
- Build data-driven compelling business cases by combining market intelligence and internal capabilities to secure support and resource allocation for important projects.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have business fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- You have 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships business development or a senior commercial role.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Experience leading complex negotiations and structuring high-value win-win deals.
- You have the ability to combine vast amounts of information (market data competitive intelligence internal dynamics) into strategy.
- Commercial Experience & P&L Ownership: Experience managing a P&L or being directly accountable for revenue targets.
- Mindset: Takes ownership and solves complex problems.
