Were looking for a DevOps Associate to join our clients Risk team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their DevOps career who wants to grow into audit compliance and risk. Youll apply your cloud and automation skills while receiving hands-on training to prepare for CISA certification building a strong foundation to advance your career.

This role is best suited for candidates with a solid technical foundation who value structured learning and career development. Its not a senior level position but offers significant professional growth and exposure to enterprise environments. What Youll Do
Support the delivery and management of IPO and SOX readiness assessments
Collaborate with risk consultants and IT auditors to strengthen technology control environments
Automate deployment monitoring and configuration management (primarily AWS)
Help design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with compliance in mind
Build scripts and tools to automate evidence collection and control monitoring
Gain exposure to DevOps methodologies microservices data lakes and cloud governance frameworks

What Youll Gain

Preparation for CISA and CISM certifications
Experience with pre IPO and high-growth clients

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• Familiarity with AWS CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with scripting (Python Bash etc.)
• Strong communication skills and an interest in risk and compliance

Preferred

• Passion for learning and applying IT risk controls and compliance concepts
• Exposure to or interest in SOX compliance NIST or COSO frameworks
• Experience working in regulated or high-growth environments (e.g. fintech healthcare pre-IPO)
• AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner Solutions Architect Associate etc.)
