Do you prefer working overnight and believe meaningful work doesnt stop when the sun goes down If so this is your calling. Pathway Family Services is looking for compassionate reliable and energetic individuals to join our overnight team as Youth Care Workers.
Whether youre a seasoned night shifter or just discovering your nocturnal groove well train you to shine in this role. All you need is to be 21 have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping youth thrive.
What you will do on the Night Shift
- Set a peaceful tone for the evening and help residents wind down
- Monitor and support youth through overnight routines and safety checks
- Be a steady presence during late-night conversations or moments of need
- Document progress and collaborate with the daytime team for continuity
- Assist with early morning prepbreakfast appointments and daily transitions
- Keep the environment safe stable and supportive while others sleep
