RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assist in implementing / enforcing company policies and procedures consistently.
Direct and train staff to accomplish daily tasks.
Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations within allowable budgetary constraints.
Comply with all safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
Complete accident reports and W/C claims to ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and in a timely manner.
Apply use of disciplinary guidelines as necessary and ensure correction of inappropriate behavior patterns.
Respond to on- site customer and telephone customer complaints in a timely manner.
Responsible for safety meetings and facility safety issues concerning employees and customers as part of the Companys safety program.
Assists in compiling and updating Procedures Manuals.
Abide by and ensure adherence to established policies rules procedures and regulations of the client as applicable to the parking facilities.
Maintain vehicle maintenance records.
The ability to keep inventory of supplies and place orders in a timely manner.
Overall assistance with employee supervision and employee relations.
Responsible for maintaining adequate documentation of all issues related to the operation.
All other duties may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel and Word is a MUST.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
Ability to competently direct a workforce.
Excellent customer service interpersonal and organizational skills.
Professional Appearance valid Drivers License.
Three plus years supervisor / management experience in an environment similar to TIA.
