The Odds Product Divison in Sportradar offers popular trading services used by over 200 organizations team of experts manage betting probabilities using our leading edge mathematical clients can control their own sportsbooks in web interfaces configuring everything from event and odds creation to market monitoring and result confirmation.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Use ATDD/BDD techniques in your daily work.
- Use AWS Kubernetes and GitLab CI.
- Build high performance services/products on top of our real-time sports data collected 24/7 globally for more than 30 different sports.
- Arealopportunity to influence the design and technology.

YOUR PROFILE:
You are adeveloper who likes solving challenging problems andbeing focusedatwork. Learning is a natural part of your workday. You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of peopleyou are passionate about what youdo have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices in your areas of expertiseand you look at programming languages as tools and not are curious about both technology and people. You acknowledge that the most complex problems are really people based. Besides of all of that youre not afraid to go out of your comfort zone.
Required:
- Passion for technology
- Proven hands-on software development experience (React Java)
- Ability to write clean well-crafted and tested code (XP TDD)
- Agile mindset (focus on delivering working software collaboration and improvement)
- Shared values relations collaboration trust
Desirable experience:
- Experience with cloud-based applications and microservices (AWS)
- Experience with microfrontends approach
- Automation testing on various levels (BDD Performance testing Contract testing)
- Understanding how the code can be shipped (Docker Kubernetes)
- Interest or experience in AI technologies
- Familiarity with integrating AI into scalable systems or using AI to enhance product features is a plus

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution as also discuss team fit.
- Onsite Interview (If not organized on prior interview stages): Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet.
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and if successful an offer!
