Job Summary
Your role as a Department Manager is to put the customer & colleagues at the center of everything you do. You need to ensure the highest possible level of customer service and ensure that the visual merchandising is executed according to our guidelines. You maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of your store by leading with clear actions as well as follow up on the results. You ensure you have a great team and support their development trainings performance and talent pipeline. Our business is your business so when you grow we grow.
Key Responsibilities
You lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers.
You analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department.
You support recruitment and ensures growth of team
You evaluate your teams performance provide regular feedback and support succession through their development and training.
You ensure Health & Safety legal and security arein accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employees and customers safety.
Qualifications :
To be successful in the role as Visual Merchandiser Manager we believe you have proven leadership skills minimum of two years of experience within the high traffic retail industry knowledge of technical skills within Visual Merchandising as well as engaging communication skills.
What you need to succeed:
Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate our customers needs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs ofour fast-paced business
Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
The ability to delegate follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly to all team members
